Mainsail Arts Festival
Needs Enthusiastic Volunteers
April 21st - 22nd, 2012

You are invited to participate and be a part of Mainsail this year! If you have volunteered before, we need your experience again this year.  If you are new to volunteering, Mainsail is an ideal way to become involved in the community.  Individuals, schools, civic organizations, church groups and local company employees are invited to assist.  We will need at least 250 volunteers so please get involved in this fun and exciting community event!

Between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday volunteers are needed for:

• Soft drink/water booths
• Beer/wine trucks
• Promotions/T-shirt sales booths
• Hospitality/Information tent.  
  

All volunteer positions, excluding the Hospitality/Information tent, require the volunteers to be able to stand for 2 or more hours.  Should your physical condition limit your ability to do this, you are encouraged to volunteer for the Hospitality/Information tent as this option does provide seating for volunteers.  

Online registration will commence in February 2012.  If you would like to be contacted once online registration is available, please email volunteers@mainsailartsfestival.org with your contact information.  Notices regarding volunteer opportunities will be sent out in January 2012.  Thank you for your willingness to support this outstanding community event!
